With a passion for education equity and food justice, Nicodemus brings to Take Care Institute over 20 years of unwavering commitment to the transformation of youth and communities. As a school founder and national education consultant, Nicodemus has worked in urban, rural, and incarcerated communities on racial justice, food sovereignty, and experiential learning projects for youth and adults. Nicodemus designs agro-justice curriculum that reflects the core values of Take Care's approach. Of TCI's values, he demonstrates stewardship, equity, and care the most.

On her journey to define and establish her identity as a young woman of color, Quinn is learning how to use her voice to address racism and privilege in her daily life. She supports the voices of youth and facilitates inter-generational discussions, helping people older than her acknowledge and respect youthful wisdom. Quinn advises and creates programs that address ageism, sexuality, racism, and story-telling. Quinn is passionate about youth having access to clean, fresh, nourishing food and doing all they can to optimize their growth and devlopment. Of TCI's values, she demonstrates creativity, vitality, and assertiveness the most.
